Order Confirmation:

As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-approved your payment.

As soon as we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 1 -3  business days), process the fees and send the order for shipment.

Handling, transit and order cut-off time for Denmark:

Handling time 1-2 days (Monday – Saturday)

Transit time 3-5 days (Monday – Saturday)

Cut-off time for orders at 17.00 Copenhagen, Denmark ‎(UTC+2)‎

 

Orders placed after 17.00, on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed on the following working day.

All shipping times are subject to weather delays. Leora.dk is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to the weather.
