Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-approved your payment.

As soon as we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 1 -3  business days), process the fees and send the order for shipment.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has shipped.

Our delivery methods are as follows:
 Free shipping on purchases over DKK 500.00

Every effort is made to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed after the order has been placed.

Handling, transit and order cut-off time for Denmark:

Handling time 1-2 days (Monday – Saturday)

Transit time 3-5 days (Monday – Saturday)

Cut-off time for orders at 17.00 Copenhagen, Denmark ‎(UTC+2)‎

 

Orders placed after 17.00, on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed on the following working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as it is shipped.

All shipping times are subject to weather delays. Leora.dk is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to the weather.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the original purchase date, please contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
